Preparing For A Journey

September 17th, 2022 – 7:12am – Dallas, TX, USA:

I’m in Dallas, Texas this weekend to visit my family for a farewell before I head to Israel in three weeks via South Korea. I will take with me “only what fits under the seat in front of me”. I am not suppose to book hotels or places to stay. Nope, God will provide all of that as I go. I still haven’t received an invoice from the University of Haifa for the language school in Haifa so I’m going to Israel a week and half earlier than was planned before. My whole trip has been moved forward. So I am trusting God to guide me step-by-step into what He has for me both in South Korea and Israel.

And really and truly my daily life will look the same as it does now. I’ll wake into His presence to listen and obey whatever He has for me to do in that day and each moment of the day. I count my life as lost for the sake of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I play all my thoughts, plans, and any other imaginings into His hands. I have no agenda or plan or thoughts now for my time. My time is His completely. And He seems fit to fill my days with His plans. So more and more as I become a living House Of Prayer, God will be more and more my constant companion on this journey. Which seems to me to delight Him to no end.

God has so wonderfully provided by the gifts of you all for my upcoming trip to Israel. I have received enough support to purchase all my plane tickets for my journey. So I will purchase those this next week.

My first stop will be South Korea to visit the Korean prayer team who I drove for this summer in Dallas. After that visit I will fly to Israel and go to Haifa. Right now this is all I really know about my journey. I know God will go before me and provide for food and lodging along the way. I am only suppose to, according to the word of the Lord, to purchase the plane tickets. So that’s what I’ll do. And then just simply GO.

Thank you all for giving to the word God is doing in and through me. I pray He blesses each of you back according to the measure you gave! May He fill your life with good things and I hope you’ll keep updated on my travels.
