November 7th, 2022 – 8:08pm – Haifa Hostel, Haifa, Israel:

God has provided again for another week of my time here in Israel. I am now booked through the 18th of November. And I have money for food and necessities. God has also provided the funds to purchase a return ticket from Istanbul in December to renew my tourist visa here in Israel. This pushes my time here up to March 2023.

Today I had one of those powerful moments where God spoke through someone around me. I was sitting with friends from the University in the food court chatting when one of the girls turned to me suddenly and said, “You are exactly where you need to be.” And then she returned to talk as if she had said nothing unusual.

I am able to read Hebrew now pretty well. And my vocabulary and basic conversational Hebrew is expanding. Thursday is my first exam so I am looking forward to seeing how I do.
