November 23rd, 2022 – 1:16pm – Haifa Hostel, Haifa, Israel:

Hebrew class continues and so does my vocabulary and understanding of the language and it’s rules and structures. Meeting new people at the hostel daily with plenty of conversations. Bleeding has almost stopped completely and I’m feeling a bit more myself. I am still very tired daily due to the lack of quality sleep but I endure.

I have booked in this hostel until next Friday the 2nd of December. I have $40 in my bank account. God continues to show Himself faithful day after day.

This morning there was two bombs exploded in Jerusalem near the central bus station, 1 dead and 19 wounded. It was a suspected terrorist attack and news is still coming in. This is a daily reality here in Israel. This bombing was at a place where tourists frequently are the bus station. Prayers for the victims families. So far Haifa remains relatively safe due to its mixed population and distance from border areas.
