August 25th, 2019 –

I have seen all the glories of this world and I have walked the streets of Heaven and seen all the glories there, and I can tell you that everything is empty, devoid of value, save for the one thing that holds it all together… God. You see I’ve been in a dance. Brought close and pushed away. Approached and retreated from. Blessed and cursed. Up and down. Back and forth. Shown this thing and that. And all of it, all of it, worthless without Him. Look at your life, every single thing… none of it has lasting value. Only He has that. I have wisdom… but it is worthless apart from Him. I have creativity… but it is expressionless without Him.

There is a fire on the mountain. A raging torrent, the tempest. A swirling wind. A storm. And a fragrance… such a beautiful fragrance. Approach it! Walk towards it! And everything else burns away… everything else is torn away… everything else is brought into light and disappears… with just one word… He will change everything for you. He will change you. A polished gem. A valued prize. That’s what He will make you into. That’s His plan you know! The storm and the wind. The rain and the fog. The pain and suffering. Let go and die. Put yourself on the altar before Him and watch, yes watch Him work. I have. I am. And the splendor Of Him! He transforms! He rescues. He orchestrates. He writes. He composes. He is all. He gives and takes away. He cuts off. He renews. He saves. Let go of you and run to Him. He is stretching out His hands today, this moment, this hour, this minute, this second to you. Over and over He pursues you. Over and over He calls to you. Over and over His will crashes into your life. He sets His hands against you so that you will see Him.

“He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; for he is not a human being, that he should change his mind.”

Lay it all down! Lay it all down! Walk away from the worthless and find the Worthy One. Bow your knee to Him. Not for your own gain, but to glorify the only one who is worthy of Praise. All I have is words to give you… they are my song, my dance, and my trumpet blast to give Him glory.

I am terrified of my God. I stand in awe of His great power. He that moves mountains and shakes the whole earth. Look around you! How awesome are His creations? All the earth sings His praises! But look to Him! The I Am!

Months ago He gave me a gift. The ability to walk wherever in Heaven I wish. I did not understand it at the time, why this gift? What good can such a gift bring? But I get it now! He opened Heaven to me to show me that even in all of Heaven’s glory, He is still the only thing worth knowing, having, serving. And I can tell you that Heaven is perfect… but even it is nothing without Him at the center. Don’t you see? Aren’t your eyes open yet? He is the one to seek! He is the one to find! And He is longing, desiring, pursuing a relationship with you! Put down your pride, what has it brought you!? Cry out to Him! The only one who can save!

I don’t know the full plan that He has for my life. But in this moment, this day, this hour, this minute, my purpose is to write. To speak with the tool He gave me… to you the one reading this. Heart to heart. And His power will flow from these words into you. They are inescapable… because they are from Him to you.
