Next stop on our journey through the book series brings us to Part 2: Restoring The Seventh Color. This is the book that documents how all this started. I think of this book as my first obedience to God. Shortly after God rescued me on July 9th, 2018, He told me to begin to write a daily blog of my journey with Him. So I obeyed. 6 months later He told me to stop that blog and begin a different blog. Around 6 months later He would instruct me to combine the two blogs together to form 1 book. I obeyed. Then He would instruct me to write 10 books… I obeyed… then He would finally give me the whole vision of the book series: The Book Of Benjamin Kareth.
NOTE: I am going to start including samples from the books in both text and audio book formats for you to enjoy. You’ll see them side by side now as we travel through the book series.
Now onward!…
Front Cover, Back Cover, And Spine Artwork:

Description: “Restoring The Seventh Color” is the prologue, the back story, the origin story, and the beginning of a journey, the start of the final chapter of the life of Benjamin Kareth.
This book is my story. I was pulled by God from the darkness of living for myself, when He told me to “Listen and Obey.” This is what God does, the living God, He chooses us, pulls us up and out of our selfish lives and sets our feet on the solid rock of salvation bought and paid for by His Living Son Jesus Christ.
Experience my journey of faith and obedience, as I travel from a parking lot in Hilton Head, North Carolina to San Francisco, California. Listening and obeying will take you on the journey of a lifetime, always forward, always closer, always higher, to the path that the Living God has planned for us all. This is a book about purpose and destiny colliding.
So this book is a formal written statement as evidence or proof that the existence or appearance of something as a public recounting of my own personal experiences.
So I, Benjamin Kareth, formally known as Daniel Kole, formally known as Nathaniel Adleta, present this formal written statement of this book as evidence of the existence of Almighty God, His son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. This book stands as evidence of my personal relationship with a loving God who wants a personal relationship with us all individually. It is a recounting of my personal relationship with God, a recounting of my “listening and obeying” to the voice of my God. The events in this book are my own experiences and the witnesses of others to those experiences.
You the reader now stand as a witness to this formal written statement. Judge as you may. This is my Offering to my God. My life. Start to finish is His alone. I was created by Him, for Him, and in Him I live and breathe. To Him be all Glory, all power, and all honor! Who do you serve? Who do you belong to? Where do you stand? When the lines are drawn, what side do you fall on?
Choose this day, in this moment, whom you will serve… yourself, or God.
A Glimpse Inside:
Part 2: Restoring The Seventh Color
Foreword: Song Of The Song
WRITTEN BY: MIRIAM WALLACE
A song, by definition, is simply a combination of musical melody and words. And yet, it’s so much more than that. What impact a song can have!
A song can connect us on a level that mere words cannot. A song can change a mood, instill wisdom, remind us of times in our life. A song can be a powerful tool to wage war against the enemy. A song can bring healing to our body and soul. A song can be a direct conduit for the Holy Spirit to speak and to work. A song can be the ultimate expression of thankfulness and gratitude to our God. A song, with voices together, can tear down walls, inside and out. A song can give you rest.
My first reaction to Benjamin’s request was “What? I’m not a writer! You want me to write a forward to your book? I am a singer, a song interpreter, I don’t even write my own original songs.” I know much of this was just me being scared, but I continued in my hesitation as I truly didn’t see myself as capable of writing a forward. But then I remembered that it was true that I am a facilitator, trying to help those who have been called to do something or be something. Plus, I am a family friend who opened my home to this man during his turbulent years. I then thought, “He’s either crazy, or he’s so in tune with God that he knows something I do not.” So, I cautiously agreed, began reading Benjamin’s book, and now I SING THIS SONG.
This book is not just a song, but a symphony. At times, this song may be a little more brute force or chaotic than the most subtle or delicate nuances of a Debussy piece. But it is complex and powerful in its honest rendering. It’s hard to explain, but for me, this string of stories and adventures in obedience are much like a choir of hundreds singing, a tune that enters your body and embeds itself solidly into your heart, so that years from now, you will continue to feel its impact. I bet you’ll still hear the melodic strains long after you finish this journey as it startles you in moments of chaos, caresses you in a time of pain, reminds you of the truths that are expressed in Benjamin’s words: God loves you, He has a plan for you, He is speaking to you, He is molding you into His likeness, and He will bless you. God will surprise you, provide for you, and make you a living example of Himself to others around you, But ultimately, He will make you a SONG that will be sung in such a powerful way that many will be changed by it.
I am so grateful that God told Benjamin that I was to write this forward. Despite my obstinate nature, my reluctance to step outside of my most comfortable giftings, and my tendency to procrastinate, I write this, knowing God has blessed me with reading this book, with Benjamin’s words, and God has changed me for the better. I want to know our Lord even more after reading this book. To see so clearly a life completely changed and the many lives touched and encouraged, this book will help to connect you back to the amazing God who is waiting to hear your voice, lifted in song.
GO! SING!

Chapter 14: Outside Denny’s
August 31ST, 2018 –
I awoke this morning to check my bank and realized my Disability Check had arrived. It was only just over $100 which covered the overdrafts in my account and that left me $15.00. I was elated. As the day went on, I felt God tell me to go somewhere to grab a snack. I started walking and was led to a Denny’s nearby.
As I neared the entrance of the Denny’s there was a woman sitting on the bench outside. She had her bags all around her and I knew she was homeless like myself. I had in my hand a plastic bag with the extra soup, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. that I had been given at the hotel. So, I sat down next to her. I smiled big… she smiled back. She started talking to herself. So, I felt to just sat the bag down and go inside.
I ordered a small salad and ate it. I paid and went outside and sat down again. The bag of toiletries where gone. I smiled. The lady had dozed off. I scrambled to think what I could give her. I didn’t have much on me. Then I thought of my baseball cap I was wearing. Yes… I could give her that. I took it off and sat it by her as she slept then I walked off. As I walked, I saw a thrift store across the street. Since I still had about $5, I thought I could go and buy another t-shirt to change into. That sounded so nice in my head. So, I set off across the street to the thrift store. As I entered, I began to think about that lady across the street and the weather report for the day. It was supposed to rain all week… did she have an umbrella? I had to get her an umbrella… a new shirt would have to wait. I searched the whole thrift store and finally asked someone if they had umbrellas… she pointed them out to me. I searched through them and chose a small one that would be easily carried. Hoping I had enough to buy it, it was $3.00. I could afford that. So, I bought it… and set off back to Denny’s.
As I stood waiting for the crossing light, I saw that the lady wasn’t at Denny’s anymore… where was she? Then I saw her walking down the street carrying her bags. She was heading for a bus stop. I crossed both streets carrying the umbrella… and I walked up and sat down next to her.
“This is for you.” I said holding out the umbrella. “It’s going to rain all week, and this will keep you dry.” She smiled so big and said, “Thank you!” Then she said, “You left your hat on the bench.” I replied, “Oh no that was for you. It’s great at keeping the sun off your face.” She smiled again and took the hat out of her bag and looked it over. It may well have been a crown of gold. She started to put it on, but it was sized too big for her… I have a very large head. So, I took it from here and fixed it and placed it on her head. Perfect fit. It blocked the sun from hitting her face and it looked good on her. “Bless you.” She said, “I have never had anyone stop and talk to me. Never had anyone smile at me. So, thank you for being sensitive to God.” She then noticed the journal in my hand, “What do you write?” She asked. “Oh!” I exclaimed, “I just write down things God shows me.”
She took the journal from me and started reading it from the first page. I watched her read and smile, she pointed to this and that, she loved it. “Please keep it.” I told her gently. “You can write what God tells you down. And you can read what God has shown me and maybe He will speak to you more through it.” I felt it was time for me to go. “I need to go now. God bless and keep you.” I said to her. She smiled and returned the blessing and I walked away.
Now all I had was the clothes on my back. And more joy than you can imagine. I got to be Jesus again. Got to be His hands and His feet.
