God’s Promises Fulfilled

This morning I was thinking of all the promises God has made to me over the years of my life and how I am seeing those promises begin to be fulfilled.

Let me take you back 7 years to a moment in my life I have never forgotten…

I was in Northfield, MA. on the Northfield Mount Hermon School campus attending a conference. One evening Randy Clark was going to speak and I knew I wanted to listen to his message. I sat and listened and the Holy Spirit was on me so powerfully. Randy called for everyone that was feeling the Holy Spirit on them to come forward for prayer. As I was ablaze in the power of the Holy Spirit at that moment, my hands, arms, and body felt on fire, I went forward and joined the long line of people to receive prayer. I stood right in front of the center aisle of the church. Randy began to pray for people far down the line from me… but I was already so lost in the presence of God I wasn’t noticing anymore what was around me. Then the power of God hit me like a lightning bolt and I lost all control and fell to the ground like a toppled tree. As I lay there I was taken up into two separate visions:

The first vision I was looking out over an impossibly large crowd of people that cover all the land in front of me from left to right all the way outward to beyond the horizon line. Jesus stood next to me and He said, “These are all the people I am going to touch through your life.” Then He put his hand on my shoulder and said, “But that is not the most incredible thing I am going to do through you.”

Then the vision changed and I was out in space looking down on the earth. Jesus was next to me and said, “One day you are going to speak and everyone on earth will hear your voice and I am going to speak through you to them.”

These two visions contained promises from God to me. Both have been burned into my mind ever since. I have traveled the twisting, winding path of this journey of Obedience to God now for seven years since that day in Northfield, MA.

How has God begun to fulfill those promises?!

Well… I have to date written 78 books of a 100 book series of books that all point heavenward to Him. The books of the book seires: The Book Of Benjamin Kareth all tell of the faithfulness of God to me and tell of my personal relationship with Him. I do not yet know how God will use this book series, or if He will in my lifetime on this earth, but I know He has big plans for it. The book series will be complete in a little over two years from now. The end is in sight.

On the 15th of December, a reading and devotional plan for the YouVersion bible app was released called Kingdom Come: A Year Of Breakthrough, you can see its logo and description below:

You can find this reading plan here:

How does this reading plan fulfill the promises of God to me?

Quite simply this…

I wrote the daily devotionals contained within this reading plan. I wrote the 356 devotionals included, my mom then edited them. It is my voice and heart that God used to write these for people to read and learn more about Him.

So, here are two examples of how God is fulfilling His promises to me.

Why share this?

To encourage you to continue doing whatever it is that God has put on your heart to do. You do not know what God has planned for what you are doing.

Your job is to listen and obey and its God’s job to take the 5 loaves and 2 fish to feed the 5,000.

If you feel unseen… God’s not finished yet with your story… just be patient. Give it all to God and trust Him to do things in His timing for His glory.
